On May 17th, a new edition of the Cavalieri Event took place - the esteemed annual gathering reserved for the Cavalieri of the Mazzei Wine Club.

For the firs time, the event was held at Tenuta Belguardo, a recently renewed gem nestled in the heart of Tuscan Maremma.

The day unfolded in three distinct chapters. In the morning, guests chose between a guided vineyard hike and private tour of the winery, both followed a convivial aperitif on the property.

In the afternoon, the Granaio Lorenese provided a fitting setting for Discover & Taste Belguardo V, a vertical tasting curated by Francesco Mazzei, devoted do Belgaurdo's Vermentino Superiore. The experience traced the evolution of the wine across vintages, offering insight into the ambition and vision behind this distinctive oenological project.

The evening concluded with a Gala Dinner, honouring the identity of Maremma through a refined traditional menu, meticulously designed to pair with the estate's most prestigious red Cru: Tentua Belguardo.
